Holy City WellBeing is a nonprofit organization based in Charleston S.C., with an office in Winston Salem N.C., designed to offer hope, direction and development for those seeking Mental Wellness. This is achieved by providing a path of planning through workshops, activities, and training that address stress, depression, grief, coping skills, previous crisis, awareness of stressors, self care, well being, and decision making skills.

The goal is to create better outcomes within communities, families, youth, young adults, focus groups, and the workplace with Mental Wellness education. After receiving these services, participants will have the tools to develop a wellness tool kit, a daily maintenance plan, and a vision board for short term and long term goals.

Wellness Radio

Every Tuesday from 5pm-6pm EST. “Your Wealth in Your Wellness” airs on OHM Radio 96.3FM. Mr. Well-Being offers community support and resources all with Mental Wellness in mind. Mr. Well-Being shares tips with a monthly topic on Hope, Education,Self Advocacy, Personal Responsibility and Support to increase self-care. This show serves great music and laughter. Our mission at Holy City Well Being is to provide training for the improvement of life and wellbeing for all people. We seek greater, healthier, productive outcomes within the family, workplace, school, places of worship, community and self. We destroying stigmas with education. We empowering others by reassuring recovery is for life’s journey, not just for alcohol and substance abuse.

Training, Workshops, and Activities

We offer a variety of training, workshops, and activities to reach your goals of a healthier lifestyle. These include WRAP (wellness recovery action plan), Mental Health First Aid training, 30 Days to Destress, Job Readiness workshop, Real World activities along with outreach events.

WRAP can be used as staff training support self-care, to enhances one's knowledge of mental wellness and to give tools to avoid burnout. In addition, this training will assist with personal wellness, grief, stress, PTSD, anxiety, and trauma.
